In this workshop, you will learn how to assess your own posture and improve any imbalances you may find. Improving your posture will not only help you look taller and leaner, but it will also help you bear weight more correctly which in turn will move your body more efficiently.  Correct posture also helps to relieve symptoms of osteoporosis and as well as low back and neck pain.

Foam Rolling Fun!

11am-12:30pm 

The foam roller makes even the most elementary Pilates exercises feel advanced.  Performing the most familiar mat and reformer exercises on the roller will make your core work even harder to find balance. Also used to massage soft tissue, the foam roller is the perfect tool to keep and use at home.  During this 90 minute workshop Sonja will teach you challenging new exercises that will bring a fresh twist to your home Pilates routine!

Workshops can be taken separately, OR make a morning of it and attend both! Apply the information you gain about your posture to your practice on the foam roller. Use the 30 minute break to have a snack and a Q&A with Sonja!
