Pilates for Runners

Attention all runners and weekend warriors!

Join us this June for a special 5 week session of Pilates mat classes geared specifically toward the runner. After pounding the pavement day after day, you need Pilates to help strengthen all of the muscles running does not. Get a stronger core, lengthen tight muscles and learn breath control. Pilates will balance your body and greatly reduce your risk of injury!
